APHubNet is a product of Hidbrain Ltd — Company No. 12170656, VAT GB343581107, registered in England and Wales. Hidbrain Ltd is the data controller for all personal data collected through aphubnet.com and the pre-launch interest registration process.

When you register your interest through our pre-launch form, we collect:

• Full name and work email address
• Company name and your role
• Current accounting system or ERP
• Approximate monthly invoice volume
• Optional: a free-text description of your AP pain points
• Technical signals used for spam and bot prevention (for example, whether a hidden form field was filled)

We do not collect payment card details, government identifiers, health data or any other special-category personal data through this website.

We use the data we collect to:

• Keep you informed about APHubNet's development and launch timeline, where you opted in
• Contact you about early access or pilot participation, where you requested it
• Understand the market needs of mid-market AP teams, in aggregate
• Detect and prevent automated form abuse

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (operating our pre-launch product and communicating with prospective customers) and, where you have opted in to marketing communications, consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Registration data is stored by Hidbrain Ltd using European cloud infrastructure. Our cloud database provider operates data centres within the EU and holds recognised security certifications — the specifics of which are available on request. Data does not leave the EU during normal operation.

Data in transit is protected by TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Backups are encrypted and stored within the same geographic boundary.

We retain pre-launch registration data for up to 24 months from submission, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.

If APHubNet launches and you become a customer, your data will be covered by the terms of your subscription agreement. If the product does not launch, all pre-launch registration data will be deleted within 30 days of that decision.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Our cloud infrastructure providers, who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements
• Professional advisers (legal, accountancy) where necessary
• Regulatory or law enforcement authorities, where required by applicable law

All third-party processors are bound by contractual obligations consistent with UK GDPR requirements.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we process your data
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Withdraw consent — where processing relies on consent, withdraw it at any time

To exercise any right, email privacy@hidbrain.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

This website does not currently use tracking, advertising or behavioural cookies. The only cookies set are technically necessary ones used by the application framework to maintain session state. We do not use third-party analytics tracking at this stage.

We may update this policy as the product develops. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email where possible.
